Swisson XSW Wireless DMX Transceiver Opto-isolator

The Swisson XSW Wireless Transceiver and Opto-Isolator can act as either a LumenRadio CRMX Transmitter or Receiver and is easily configured with the push of a few buttons.

In receiver mode the XSW outputs isolated DMX from all 4 DMX OUT ports (**NOTE: DMX THRU port is not active in receiver mode.) Unlimited receivers can be connected to each CRMX transmitter.

In transmitter mode the XSW will transmit DMX data over CRMX wireless and simultaneously act as an opto-splitter passing through DMX to the THRU port while optically isolating the DMX to the other 4 DMX OUT ports.

Operating in the 2.4GHz frequency range and using GFSK modulation using LumenRadio’s CRMX protocol to transmit DMX-512A data the XSW ensures that you can transmit and receive clear DMX signal using the minimum amount of bandwidth and interference with other systems.

The XSW Transceiver comes with a 5dbi antenna which is external to the unit and uses a RP-TNC connector. The antenna is well clear of the metal housing allowing for clear transmission lines in all direction. Alternatively, you can choose to use an external antenna to increase range or signal quality.

This robustly built and versatile Wireless Opto-splitter is powered by an integral power supply with a permanently connected NEMA 5-15P cord set. The XSW is an extremely versatile addition to any DMX distribution system.
